Greenwater Festival Box Office is located at Rockbridge Music or online at www.greenwatermusic.org.
Ticket prices will increase August 2nd. There will be a Ticket Outlet on Day of Event. Cash and Credit will be accepted. Only Day and General Admission and Overnight Camping tickets will be sold at Outlet. VIP cutoff is August 1st.
ALL attendees must have a Valid ID.
Where Can I Park My Car?
There is DAY Parking at the festival site. Greenwater will have free day parking for all attendees with Car Camping spots available for overnight guests. Overnight Guest will not be able to drive on and off property until the following day for the safety of other campers.
THERE IS NO PARKING ON Route 39 aka Maury River Rd.

Gates open at 10 a.m. on Saturday August 15th with Music starting late afternoon.
Check out is NO LATER than 12 p.m. on Sunday August 16th
Exit & Re-Entry
All ATTENDEES are allowed to enter and exit the festival as needed up to 2 times.. You must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day.
A FESTIVAL SITE MAP WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO ALL THAT ENTER.
***IF YOU ARE FOUND TRESPASSING ON ANY NEIGHBORING PROPERTY YOU WILL BE DISMISSED FROM THE FESTIVAL AND REPORTED TO THE ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR TRESPASSING****

OVERNIGHT CAMPERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE THEIR VEHICLES UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY.
Children at Greenwater Music Festival
Coming to the festival with kids in tow? Greenwater invites music fans of all ages, including kids! We will also have a children's only play area!
Children 12 years-old and younger will be admitted free of charge with a pass-holding adult.
Safety & Security
We make every effort to create a safe and secure environment on the Festival grounds. On-site security will be provided by Volunteers, Greenwater Security Staff and a private security company.
Medical Services
Emergency medical staff will be available on site. If you need any assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for a security officer or Greenwater Festival staff member.
Accessibility Accommodations
Greenwater Music Festival wants to ensure that all fans can enjoy the show. The Greenwater All Access Program includes viewing areas, accessible restrooms, and accessible parking near the festival.

Greenwater Music Festival Shakedown Street and Food Court
Features art, crafts items, and cool merchandise from the Greenwater creative community. There will also be plenty of food vendors on hand so bring your appetite along! There will be tons of specialty food!!

Sustainability
The Greenwater Music Festival strives to mitigate its impact on the environment. We take a considerable amount of pride in the efforts of our fans in maintaining the integrity of Rockbridge County over the course of the weekend. Partner with us to reduce the festival's impact on the environment by participating in recycling initiatives such as Greenwater Clean ups, refilling your water bottles, and supporting the wonderful causes you'll discover at the festival.

IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ITEMS ARE FOUND THE OWNER AND THE ITEM WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GREENWATER MUSIC FESTIVAL GROUNDS.

Ticket is for Greenwater Music Festival, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.
"Management" means greenwatermusic.org, and their affiliates. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband. Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of the ticket higher than that appearing on the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. The ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Management. Ticket user consents to Management's use of their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event.
